The Elektra Partnership (formerly known as Shiers & Associates) has a history of 16 years in Executive Search.
Sarah Shiers, our Managing Partner, possesses over 20 years experience in international Executive Search gained with several global consultancies before establishing her own firm.
Projects have included assignments of a highly strategic, complex and, on occasion, ambiguous nature, as well as mainstream functional appointments across a range of industry sectors.
The firm has also developed unique training programmes for both consultants and researchers. These programmes are provided to Executive Search firms, Management Consultancies and the Human Resource functions within multi-national companies.
