Our international research team uses a series of case tools, including creative sourcing, to identify a range of potential candidates reflecting the agreed profile.

 

We arrive at shortlist stage after comprehensive appraisal of potential candidates’ technical and/or functional abilities, but equally important, analysis of their motivation and commitment.

 

During each search we acquire valuable information on our client from the marketplace. These findings are presented as an added value service.
